If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. SALES TAX: 5.5% WISCONSIN SALES TAX IS PAYABLE BY ALL BUYERS LIABLE TO TAX. All dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate from PRIOR to bidding for Tax Exempt Status. Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC(and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions. If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. If buyer fails to pay in full, Buyer (A) Agrees to indemnify owner and/or auction company against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expenses thereof, including attorneys fees allowed by law, if any and (B) Agrees to pay auction company interest of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the company free from any liabilities including theft of items. The bidder is bound by these terms. Storage fees commence on the sixth (6th) day after an item has been purchased, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Storage fees are $20 per day. Items are considered abandoned if not picked up within thirty (30) days of purchase. If an item is abandoned, buyer is still responsible for maximum storage fees of $200 and any other damages incurred by Iggy's Auction House, LLC as set forth in these terms and conditions. All items must be paid for with in four (4) days following the close of the auction with no exceptions. If you fail to pay for items, Iggy's Auction House, LLC reserves the right to contact law enforcement regarding failure to pay and may pursue all civil penalties allowed by law which may include: forwarding the matter to our attorneys for collection, court costs, storage fees and any other costs incurred by Iggy's Auction House, LLC. BID INCREMENTS: Bidding increment is a $1.00 STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE: Staggered Close: each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots don't end at the same time). Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids. PRACTICE BIDDING LOT This lot is used for test bidding and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only. MAX BID AMOUNT: If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21, It would take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.
