Lead Antique Mahogany & Cane Commode Chair with Pot
Description
Very nice c.1890-1900's mahogany commode chair with cane seat and back with an enamel metal pot and cover. A smaller low sitting commode chair for young persons and small framed ladies. Chair appears all original but the enamel pot is of a later variety more so the plastic cover. The commode is in very good condition and makes a great decorator conversation collectible. Terms - All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty expressed or implied no refund, returns, or exchanges. Statements made the day of sale for special conditions supersede all electronic or printed materials. All descriptions are for informational purposes only - All sales are final. Once the auctioneer indicates item is sold to bidder a verbal contract has been consummated and the liability of the item(s), including responsibility for payment, loss or damage rests solely with the bidder. In the event of a "tie bid" the auctioneer may reopen the bidding process between the tied bidders to determine a winner of the lot. Absentee online bidders which tie with a live bidder lose to the bidder who is live at the auction. Absentee bidding will end at 3 PM on auction day. Invoices - Will be paid by the end of the auction or 3 days for internet bids. Merchandise will be removed within 3 days or storage fees will be assessed. Shipping or freight fees arranged at purchaser's expense. Shipping of a Firearm will be done after we have received a signed copy of the FFL dealer's license & ATF Form 4473 that you choose to have the firearms shipped to have been sent to our office and shipping fees have been paid along with your invoice. Registration for online bidding will require a valid credit card to verify identity of bidder and can be used to complete the sale for items won from online bidding. Auction house will be open on Sunday after the auction from 11 am til 3 pm for your convenience. Buyer's Premium of 10% - added to all successful bids (example, if you're winning bid is $100 you invoice will be $100 + $10 buyer's premium + Texas Sales Tax 8.25%). Tax - Texas Sales and Use Tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices unless a completed Resale or Exemption Form is on file in our office before purchase. Fax # 936-594-0814. Payment - Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Cards with valid ID. Business or Out of Town Checks need prior approval. Back Charges or Bad Checks will be charged accordingly. Firearms - We are a Federally Licensed Firearms Facility and all documents and background checks will be in effect for this and all auctions of firearms. To complete the Firearms Transaction Record ATF Form 4473 you will need to present your identification (establish identity, place of residence (your physical address), and age of the buyer.) Examples: State Drivers License or other Valid Government Issued Identification that will fulfill the requirements. CHL or FFL Licensees are exempt from background check though Form 4473 will still be required as well as a copy of the license.
