Description
Alan and Melonie will sell all of their machinery and real estate on February 25th. Their livestock will be sold on February 18th at Madison County Auction in Winterset. This is a live auction with online bidding. Onsite bidders will NOT pay a buyers premium. All online bidders will be assessed a buyers fee to offset the additonal expense of providing the online bidding.
Online bidders will have up to 20 days to retrieve equipment from the property. Online bidders must pay for their purchases the day of the auction using Check By Phone. ONLY Online bidders will be charged a 10% buyers premium which will be added to their successful bids. There is no buyers premium for live onsite bidders. All lots are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with no guarantees by the auctioneer or the seller. Auctioneer may refused any bid. Auctioneer shall determine bidding increments. Technology can fail at times and there is no guarantee online bidding will be available.
