Closing will take place on or before April 15, 2024. Buyer agrees to accept property in its present condition. The property will be offered based upon the buyer’s personal inspection or investigation of the property. Property is open to inspection. Buyer to have possession for 2024. Comments: Announcements made the day of the sale will take precedence over printed material.
