TERMS OF SALE A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A 25% deposit will be charged to the credit card for all winning bids. Additional terms and conitions may apply. Non-Paying bidders will be charged the greater of $100 non-payment fee or 10% of their purchase.

Payment Terms
A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. The full amount of the winning bid will be charged to the CC on file unless other arrangements are made prior to close of business Monday the 17th. Payment in full is due by noon Tuesday. No pickups w/o payment in full.
After the auction is completed payment must be completed before pickup. Pickup is by appointment only. Payment will be charged the the credit card on file at the close of the auciton unless piror arrangements have been made. Please email info@tlcauctions.com for questions. Failure to keep a pickup appointment will results in a $25 fee. Contact info will be provided to winners of the auction for pickup appintments.
