Terms of Auction 1.All items are offered "AS IS and WHERE IS." Bidders shall rely solely upon their own inspection of items. 2.If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer will decide the dispute. 3.Upon award of bid, title and all risk of loss, damage to or destruction of the purchased items passes to the purchaser. 4.All purchases are to be paid in full the day of the auction and prior to removal of items from the premises. 5.When required by law, and applicable, sales tax will be charged. 6.Complete terms and conditions are posted at the cashier's office. By registering to bid, the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of auction.
