Swan Creek Estate - 220 acres on Swan Creek Road, Hickman County, TN TERMS & CONDITIONS This Property - 220 acres is selling via Online Auction - bid ending....Thursday, August 3rd at 7:00pm being offered in ONE tract. PROCEDURE: We are selling an estimate of 220 acres. Bid on the property as WHOLE, 220 acres. This will provide us with a "per acre amount" which will be applied to the exact acreage once the survey is completed. We believe the acreage to be approximately 220 acres, but cannot be sure until a new survey is performed. BIDDING INCREMENTS: Bidding is set for $1,000 increments. DOWN PAYMENT: A down payment, 10% of the total contract purchase price, will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check, or cashier's check. The balance of the contract purchase price is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
